Entry ID: 82Shipping: NEWOOD makes every effort possible to ship orders the most economical, yet safe, method. Most orders ship KD (knock down), but some orders do ship fully assembled. Most orders will ship by LTL Common Carrier. If a carrier is not specified by the customer, NEWOOD will attempt to choose a carrier that has a direct route. We can prepay the freight and add it to the invoice, ship collect, or use 3rd party billing. Most deliveries are made 3 to 7 business days from the date the order ships. NEWOOD cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed by the freight company. Additional charges may apply if NEWOOD is asked to hold a completed order due to site delays.
