Dowel U-Rack & W-Rack Accesories

U-Rack shelves and hangrods are 28” wide for 24” dowel rack inside measurement and 52” wide for 48” rack inside measurement. 7/8” dowels 4” on center provide very strong support for accessories. All single panel accessories can be used on each side of each rack. 

 
 
 
 
 

Dowel Panel W Rack

W-Racks usually include two 24” wide sections or two 48” wide sections (2-24” panels=48”) with 16” panels perpendicular to the 24”or 48” section. W configurations can be attached to a wall or on an open floor. W & U dowel racks are similar in their usage. 
 

 
 
 
 
 

Dowel Panel U Rack

U-Racks are formed with two 16" and one 24" dowel panels using a two-way bolting system. U-Racks can be as large as 16” x 96” formed with four 24” wide panels. Racks can be starter and add-on attached to a wall, a single standalone floor fixture or back to back runs. 

 
 
 
 
 

Dowel Panels

Dowel panels attach to almost any wall surface forming a super strong perimeter wall display system. Vertical wood stiles are connected with 7/8”dowels 4” on center to form panels 24” and 16” wide by 51”, 59”, 71”, 83” and 95” high.. Used as floor displays, product can be merchandised from both sides Special high strength brackets support shelves and hangrods and a wide selection of high strength faceouts. 

Using  two-way bolting forming “U” ,“W” and “X” display racks or hinges for “V” and “Z” display racks, our dowel display systems provides a wide variety display options.

Wall mounted Dowel Panels attach to the wall with wall-mounting brackets. Panels are not physically connected to each other so they may be spaced apart and still use 24" or 48" shelves and hangrods. Spacing can vary between panels to fit display area to the extent that panels are close enough to hold one shelf bracket on the left dowel panel and one bracket on the right dowel panel.

 
 
 
 
 

Dowel Panel Accessories

Accessories require Newood’s special metal dowel panel bracket that fit 7/8” dowels. Other than when mounted on a wall, accessories can be mounted on all faces of a dowel display. Check the variety of accessory options.

 
 
 
 
 

NewWall 2 Way

Our NEW-Wall Double is a column design offered in 54” and 69” heights with an octagonal base for stability.  For smaller areas in your space the 69” unit can easily accommodate double hanging of many items.  Use standard slatwall accessories or NEW-Wall accessories for heavier loads.

 
 
 
 
 

NewWall Shelves and Accesories

New Wall shelves project out from the wall giving shoppers a clear view of the displayed merchandise. 14” deep shelves made with ¾” veneered stock 25”, 38” or 50” wide. Optional 1-3/4” moulding dresses up the shelf edges of flat shelves and slanted shelves have 2-3/4” wood lips. Glass shelves are ¼” for 14” x 25” and 3/8” thick for 38” and 50” wide shelves. Choose the support bracket as shown.

NewLock Shelves and Accessories

Newlock shelves are 14” deep and 24” or 36” wide made from ¾” veneered stock. Slanted shelves have a 2-3/4” lip edge. Shelves lock on to the notched under side of each shelf. ¼” glass shelves are 14” deep by 24” and 36” wide. 

Brackets and hooks slide up and down in machined wood slots and are lock in place at any level with set screws.

This is a starter and add-on shelving display system that is used back to back to form shelving runs 27” and 36” deep, by sections 34” and 50” wide by 54” and 72” high.  Display shelving for merchandising general products, gourmet and gifts.
